- Information on the location of the material that is claimed to be infringing copyright that is specific enough to allow for the location of the material.
- Your full contact information, which includes your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you, as the complaining party, have a good faith belief that the disputed material is not authorized for use by the copyright owner, and agent for the copyright owner, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner of the allegedly infringed material or the authorized agent for the copyright owner.
- Your signature, either physical or electronic, or the signature, either physical or electronic, of an individual authorized to act for you.
Any DMCA notifications that do not include all of the information listed above will be deemed invalid and will receive no response.
Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to us through our contact form.
