In keeping with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of dirtypornpics.com may remove any content which is considered illegal, defamatory, indecent, harmful or otherwise at variance with the website's terms of use and/or policies.

In connection with any content appearing on the website, for which the website operator is deemed to be the “producer” (primary or secondary) as stated in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 CFR § 75, such content is not subject to the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 CFR § 75 because, inter alia, it does not portray actual sexually explicit acts.
